"I had the most absolutely amazing time @ Syn! (It has taken me several days to come down from this high that I've been experiencing since that magical night.) Until I first attended 818 at the beginning of this month, I can honestly say that I was completely unaware that there were others like me, who truly believe in the power of love, kindness, and positive thinking. I am suddenly filled to the brim with this renewed sense of hope and wonder that I honestly haven't experienced since I was a small child. Every time I Syn I stay later and later, and feel more and more energy, and am able to give and receive more of it... it was such a gift. I can't TELL you how important. HUGE HUGE HUGE HUGS." - Azula (1) SYNPHORIA is edgy without being cruel. It's electric, not acoustic - both literally AND metaphorically. It's not about turning the volume down, it's about turning the volume UP! It's true open-heartedness with a rock'n'roll heart. It's not about pulling in, it's about radiating out. It's not about Source-as-stillness, it's about God-as-activity, for Life is the activity of God. (2) Synphoria is a heart-centered love-fest. Grace descends even as love ascends, and both palpably envelop and enfold the community. The lesson is : Bliss is a state we co-create. Synphoria is a taste of a permanent stage. Once you have tasted the temporary state, you know the permanent stage is available to you. The more you immerse yourself in your bliss-body (via a variety of spiritual practices) the more able you are to bring the Light and clarity of this extraordinary state to the relationships in your ordinary life. (3) As we say before each Synphoria : "You will see many amazing things tonight, you will talk and share with many amazing people. Synphoria is a celebration, and a gathering of big-hearted humans. It is creative spirituality in action. Consider that Synphoria is fundamentally a Possibility! A Possibility unique to you, and who you might become. Synphoria is a RARE opportunity for you to grow and to nurture and to free yourself from your old stories in a most Loving way. Preston and I are the Pillars of Syn: we hold the Tent of Intention we gather under. Tonight, we have an opportunity to inspire each-other, and to heal ourselves. You are powerful, you co-created this community of beauty and wonder. Give, generously, of your heart. Your supply of Love is endless, for you always have access to your Source. The law of Karma says: The more Love you give, the more you will receive. (4) "Synphoria is a sacred gathering. It touches our bodies/minds/hearts and souls. Some of you will be transformed by the sacred fire of Syn as it begins to burn away anything not essential to your Divinity. Others of you will be transformed by the generous blessing of full-immersion baptism in the deep waters of community Love. In any case, like life, Syn is both an individual experience, and a group experience. Some personal boundaries are there for your safety and must be respected, while other personal boundaries are meant to be explored, shifted, and re-evaluated. Discern the difference for yourself. And INVITE, but do not PUSH, anyone else to stretch beyond their boundaries. Flower petals open only when the light shines. Be that Light for each-other." (5) THE SYNPHORIA PRAYER "Recognizing the divinity of all creation, I honor the sacred within each person. There is much in life that is hallowed and treasured. Even as I take part in the practice of this sacred rite of celebration, I remember what is truly sacred: the presence of God, my inner divine nature, and the divine nature of all others surrounding me, joining me. All of us are expressions of God's presence - as are the billions of people not joining us tonight. Recognizing the divinity of all creation, I honor the sacred nature of the cultural practices that help people bond in Spirit. I participate in Synphoria and honor all that is sacred within me and those around me. - Namaste'"

We co-create this community (including you!) of creative, loving, gifted, open-hearted beings. Synphoria is non-alcoholic, and very sensual (entices the senses), but never sexual. What will you get out of joining us? A deeper connection with your own Divinity, connections with LOTS of amazing spirits like you, and a taste of Heaven on Earth. In fact, Synphoria is a pivotal event for some attendees. It facilitates a kind of transformation, for Synphoria is designed create new loving Possibility by immersing one's self an intimate CRITICAL MASS of Love, acceptance, Self-expression, and community.
