WALKABOUT DETAILS WHAT THE INTERSTELLAR WALKABOUT happens at various venues on various dates. There is not one scheduled at this time. There have been 5 of them so far, at Yoga Now and The Synphorium. WHEN TBA; 8pm-9:30, wear comfortable clothing, bring a mat or blanket to journey on. COST $20; all-ages WHERE (directions below) INFO Emily 773-841-1824 WHAT'S THE WALKABOUT? A didjeridoo shaman (usually Karl Sacksteder) plus Preston Klik (beats/sonics) make music, plus Emily Klik does Crani-Sacral Therapy healing. Preston gradually envelops the didjeridoo in an electronic bed of FX; Karl plays shamanic-trance didjeridoo (an Australian aboriginal instrument); Emily will assist any attendees who have energy blocks - whew! This is both an earthly AND other-worldy ("travel to other planets") experience, VERY psychedelic, and a total trip from here to there and back again.
